Yaowarate Sports Complex
Nestled at the foot of the mountains, Yaowarate Sports Complex provides two beautiful fields and the opportunity for our entire community to stay together for the weekend.
Accommodation options will be available to book later for accepted players. Limited rooms available.

How It Works
Choose Your Room
Select the accommodation that best suits your group. Rooms are limited and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.Submit Your Booking Request
Complete the accommodation booking form with your room preferences and contact information. Submitting the form reserves your preferred room but does not guarantee it until payment is received.Receive Your Reservation Confirmation
Our accommodation team will acknowledge your booking request within 24 hours and will send your room confirmation and payment instructions as soon as your reservation has been reviewed.Complete Your Payment
Pay your accommodation fees within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email. Reservations that are not paid by the deadline may be released to the next person in the queue.Enjoy Your Weekend Away!
Once your payment has been received, your accommodation is confirmed. We look forward to welcoming you to Yaowarate for an unforgettable Chiang Mai Hat weekend!
Registration Process
How It Works
1. Submit the Interest Form
Complete the Interest Form to let us know you'd like to join Chiang Mai Hat 2026.
2. Applications Are Reviewed
Our team carefully reviews all applications with the goal of creating a diverse, balanced, and spirited tournament.
3. First Round of Acceptance
Invitation emails for the first round of accepted players will be sent on 2 July 2026.
4. Confirm Your Spot
Invited players will have 2 weeks to complete the Acceptance Form, pay the registration fee, and confirm their spot.
5. Waitlist
If you receive a waitlist email, don't worry! Your application remains active, and we'll continue reviewing available spots as registrations are confirmed.
6. Additional Acceptance
As players confirm or withdraw, additional invitation emails may be sent to players on the waitlist as more spots become available.
From 16 July 2026, all remaining spots are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis among invited players until the tournament reaches capacity.
7. Confirmation & Accommodation
The confirmation deadline has been extended to 31 July 2026 at 23:59 hrs (Thailand time).
Accommodation booking will open separately after your registration has been confirmed. As rooms are limited, bookings will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
